Refund and Returns Policy

At Prakruti Raga, we are committed to delivering authentic, naturally produced food and personal care products rooted in traditional wisdom and purity. Our return policy reflects our dedication to hygiene, safety, transparency, and customer trust.

At Prakruti Raga, we do not accept returns on food and personal care products due to hygiene and safety reasons. Refunds or replacements are offered only for damaged, expired, or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  1. Non-Returnable Nature of Our Products
    Due to the perishable, consumable, and hygiene-sensitive nature of our offerings, Prakruti Raga does not accept returns or exchanges once products are delivered. This policy ensures product integrity and consumer safety.
  2. Exceptions – When Prakruti Raga Will Assist You
    • We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in the rare event that:
      • The product is damaged or leaking at the time of delivery
      • The product is expired
      • The product received is incorrect or different from your order
      • The package appears tampered with or broken upon delivery
  3. How to Raise a Concern
    • To help us serve you promptly, please follow these steps:
      • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
      • Email us at prakrutiraga@gmail.com
        Please Include in the Email:
        • Order ID
        • Clear photos or videos of the product and outer packaging
        • A brief description of the issue.
  4. Requests received after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
  5. Resolution Process
    • Once your request has been reviewed and approved by the Prakruti Raga team:
      • A replacement will be dispatched (subject to availability), or
      • A refund will be processed to the original mode of payment
      • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days from approval.
  6. Situations Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement
    • Prakruti Raga will not be able to process refunds or replacements if:
      • The product has been opened, used, or partially consumed
      • The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery
      • Damage occurred due to improper storage or handling after delivery
      • The order was placed incorrectly by the customer
      • There are minor natural variations in colour, texture, aroma, or taste
  7. Order Cancellations
    • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch
    • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not permitted
    • Approved cancellations (before dispatch) will be refunded within 5–7 business days
  8. Natural & hand processed Product Disclaimer
    • Prakruti Raga products are:
      • Naturally cultivated
      • Minimally processed
      • Free from artificial additives (Colors, Flavors & Preservatives)
      • As a result, natural variations in appearance, aroma, or taste are normal and are not considered defects.
