At Prakruti Raga, we do not accept returns on food and personal care products due to hygiene and safety reasons. Refunds or replacements are offered only for damaged, expired, or incorrect items reported within 24 hours of delivery.

- Prakruti Raga will not be able to process refunds or replacements if:
- The product has been opened, used, or partially consumed
- The issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery

- Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not permitted
- Approved cancellations (before dispatch) will be refunded within 5–7 business days
